OFFSHORE SAFETY OFFICER (OSO)
Requirements:
1. Preferable Male, age max 45 years old
2. The possess at least a D-3 diploma (or equivalent) and he shall have at least ten (10) years working experience in oil and gas industries, at least eight (8) years of which was on the installation of offshore oil and gas facilities including at least three (3) years of experience as an OSO
General Requirements :
1. Willing to travel to remote sites
2. Strong analytical skill
3. Computer literacy is a must
4. Fluent in English both oral and written
5. Familiar with HSE requirements and safe practice of work
6. Competencies in Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Teamwork & Cooperation, Customer service orientation
7. General intelligence, Problem solving and Achievement motivation
8. He shall have received formal training in off shore construction safety management, monitoring and accident preventation as well as the use of basic fire fighting equipment, portable explosive gas detection meters, portable oxygen content meters, portable hydrogen sulfide (H2S) detection meters and self contained breathing apparatuses (SCBA)
9. He must posses a valid certificate from a recognized authority attesting to his safety training and qualifications
Sallary about $50 / day
