Responsibilities:

* Maintaining records of project documents and archived data
* Maintaining document transmittal control register
* issuing of engineering drawings and project documents
* keeping chronological records for project files
* following up documents issued for approval/documents to be returned
* ensuring Document Control procedures are being adhered to
* keeping schedule of personnel available on project
* keeping time sheets for site personnel
* any ad-hoc activities as required

Requirements:

* Microsoft Office Skills
* Good command of the English language, written and verbal
* at least 3-4 years of similar experience in Oil & Gas Industry
