ENGINEER
- Monitor process performance indices and established good control to maintain process performance
- Troubleshoot critical out of control situations on existing process and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation
- Improve qualified process using technical knowledge and quality improvement tool achieved higher yield and better quality.
- Work with cross functional team to resolve development &/or product issues
- Ensure productivity improvement through process change, training and documentation
- Work with equipment engineer to maximize productivity of the equipment.
- Star up new equipment process which involve process characterization and development.
- Maintain wire bond process yield and reliability
- Improve yield, reliability and productivity.
- Support new product introduction.
- Bachelor in electrical, microelectronic or applied physics
- Minimum 1 year experience in semiconductor assembly
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
- Good analytical skill inclusive knowledge of six sigma and lean
Jobs and Responsibility
- Sourcing and purchasing of material/equipment related to production and facilities
- Purchasing for technical items such as jig and tooling fabrication timely to support production needs.
- Achieve cost reduction target through negotiation with vendors or qualification of alternate materials/equipment
- Build strong rapport with suppliers and internal customers.
- Must be able to work independently
- Degree in engineering with minimum 3 years experiences in purchasing
- Good knowledge in purchasing and negotiation skill
- Good knowledge of material properties that comply with environmental needs
- Experiences in handling local and overseas suppliers/vendor
- Able to read technical drawings
- Familiar with SAP
Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Handle attendance (time management system) and knowledge on OT computation, etc.
- Fixed assets (Periodically recording maintenance)
- Input Account Payable (AP) into subsidiary ledger or SAP
- Female, Diploma in any subject from reputable University with minimum 2 years working experience in payroll processing.
- Familiar with PISI 2000 and SAP
- Understanding about income tax laws, Jamsostek contribution and monthly submission to different bodies
- Precise, fast learner, able to work in a team as well as independently, accurate, honest and good interpersonal skill.
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Speak and write English fluently
- Be computer literate in the area of operational requirements.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
