 SENIOR FAB ADMIN AND ACCOUNTANT

Essentials Job Duties :
v Reviewing and analyzing of Quarterly Fabrication Yard Expense Forecasts
v Reviewing and analyzing of yearly Fabrication Yard Standards cost
v Reviewing and analyzing Capital expenditure forecast and monitoring actual expenses, to ensure the submitted Capital Expenditure form is in accordance to existing policy.
v Preparing Management presentation slides related to financial and fabrication activities
v Providing associated analysis for financial and Fabrication activities to Senior management to assist decision making.
v Maintain & updating chart of account
v Monitoring Fabrication activity: man-hours, overhead cost, headcount reporting, job number and other management queries on accounting related and satisfying audit queries

Key Requirements :
v D3/S1 accounting degree from reputable University
v Minimum 3 years working experience in cost Accounting or related field and prefer having experience in handling Standards cost.
v Successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and work in a team, self motivated, independent, familiar with working under pressure environment, interact with senior manager & customer, leadership qualities.
v Must have a Microsoft office applications skill
v Strong communication skill: Indonesian and English, oral and written
