Requirement:
• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma orhigher in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Experience
• Network certification (MCSA, MCP, MCSE) is an advantage
• Good knowledge in MS Office, Windows OS and LAN/WAN networking
• Knowledge in task hub system and web design will be advantage
• Min. 2 years experience in same position
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Excellent written and communication in English skills
• Have good ability in problem handling and problem solving
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of network system and workstations to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of IT services to the company.
Carries out the installation, upgrading and maintenance of hardware and software related
Oversee and maintain IT inventory & asset record, software license and data backup.
