Requirements:
1. Male (ALL), Female (VII)
2. Age: 25-35 (I,II, III), Min 25 (IV ,VI), Min 23 (VII), Min 40 (V)
3. Single or Married (I,IV,V,VI,VII), Preferably Single (II,III)
4. Graduated from reputable university at least S1 majoring in: any discipline (III,V), Naval Architecture (I,II,), Machinery or Electrical Engineering (IV), Chemical Engineering or Naval Architecture (VI), Machinery or Mechanical Engineering (VII)
5. Able to speak English (ALL)
6. Able to operate computer at least Ms. Office (ALL)
7. Able to read ship’s drawing (I,II)
8. 5 years related working experience and able to control both ship repair and conversion (I), and able to control special coating in cargo tank (VI)
9. 5 years related working experience in QC (II), in shipyard or offshore safety control (III),
10. 5 years related working experience, having knowledge of maintenance and shipyard facilities, able to control scaffolding work for ship repair (IV)
11. More than 5 years experience as captain and 3 years experience in the same work, having leadership to control tugboat (V)
